Our mission is to make professional mediation accessible to everyone, free of charge, by creating a space where people can come together, be heard, and find their own way forward. Because when communities resolve conflict together, everyone wins.
We started Enero 1 because we know that unresolved conflict doesn't just hurt the people involved. It fractures families, strains workplaces, and divides neighborhoods. Everyone deserves a fair and human path to resolution, regardless of their income or background. We're here to be that path, one conversation at a time.
Our Solutions
Step 1: Book Your Free Session
Reach out to us and schedule a time that works for everyone involved. There are no fees and no lawyers required.
Step 2: Come to the Table
All parties meet in a safe, confidential setting with a trained mediator. Everyone gets the chance to speak, be heard, and work toward a solution together.
Step 3: Leave with Clarity
Our mediator guides a focused session of up to four hours. Most parties leave with an agreement — and even when they don't, everyone leaves with greater understanding.
